Your email, explained.

Updated 26 October 2026.

When you request calendars

Byte Cat Studio saves the email address you enter, the date of your request, and your promotional email choice in our private Cloudflare database. We use this information to record and support your download. The download appears on this website after the request is saved. We do not automatically send a delivery email or verify that you own the address.

Promotional emails are optional

The checkbox starts unchecked. You can download the calendars without choosing promotional emails. If you check it, you ask for new printables, studio news, and offers from Byte Cat Studio. Your latest submitted choice updates your preference, and we keep a dated record of that choice. To unsubscribe, contact bytecatglobal@gmail.com. Future promotional emails will also explain how to unsubscribe.

Services and technical information

Vercel hosts this website. Cloudflare processes the form, stores requests, and serves the download. The calendar file is retrieved from GitHub by our server. These providers may process request information, such as IP addresses, to operate and secure their services. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's font requests. We do not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts.

To limit abuse, the form uses an hourly salted hash of your IP address, rather than storing the raw address in our subscriber database. Download links expire after 30 minutes. Expired links and rate-limit records are removed when later requests are processed.

Your choices

Contact bytecatglobal@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion, or to withdraw promotional consent. We retain download requests and consent records to support the collection and your preferences until they are no longer needed or you request deletion, subject to any applicable obligations. We do not sell your email address.
